Welcome to Crazy for Jesus. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website crazyforjesus.com, including buying, selling, browsing, and interacting with products and services offered through our marketplace.

By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, purchasing products, or listing products for sale, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

Crazy for Jesus is a Christian marketplace designed to connect Christian buyers and sellers around the world. We seek to provide a marketplace that reflects biblical Christian values and our Statement of Faith.

1. About Crazy for Jesus

Crazy for Jesus operates a multi-vendor online marketplace that allows independent sellers to list and sell Christian and faith-based products to customers (“Buyers”).

Crazy for Jesus provides the marketplace platform but, unless expressly stated otherwise, does not manufacture, own, stock, package, or directly sell products listed by independent Sellers.

Each Seller is responsible for their own products, listings, descriptions, pricing, fulfilment, shipping, returns, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. Christian Values and Statement of Faith

Crazy for Jesus is founded upon biblical Christian values and seeks to operate in a manner consistent with our Statement of Faith.

Products, services, content, listings, images, descriptions, usernames, shop names, and other material made available through the Website must not intentionally contradict or undermine the biblical principles and beliefs expressed in our Statement of Faith.

By becoming a Seller on Crazy for Jesus, you acknowledge and agree that the marketplace is specifically intended for Christian and faith-based products and that your use of the platform must respect the Christian purpose and values of Crazy for Jesus.

Our Statement of Faith forms an important part of these Terms and may be used when determining whether products or content are appropriate for the marketplace.

3. Our Right to Moderate and Remove Content

Crazy for Jesus reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to review, restrict, suspend, edit, or remove any listing, product, image, description, account, shop, review, message, or other content that we believe:

• Violates these Terms;
• Conflicts with our Statement of Faith or Christian values;
• Is inappropriate for the Crazy for Jesus marketplace;
• Is misleading, deceptive, offensive, unlawful, or fraudulent;
• Infringes another person’s intellectual property or other rights;
• Contains prohibited or restricted products;
• Poses a risk to Buyers, Sellers, Crazy for Jesus, or others;
• Attempts to circumvent our marketplace rules or fees;
• Contains inappropriate, explicit, hateful, abusive, or discriminatory material;
• Misrepresents the nature, origin, quality, or authenticity of a product; or
• Otherwise conflicts with the purpose or standards of Crazy for Jesus.

We do not have an obligation to provide advance notice before removing or restricting a listing where we reasonably believe immediate action is appropriate.

We may also suspend or terminate a Seller’s account where we believe there has been a serious or repeated violation of these Terms.

4. Seller Requirements

To sell on Crazy for Jesus, Sellers must:

1. Provide accurate and complete account information;
2. Be legally permitted to sell the products they offer;
3. Provide accurate descriptions, photographs, prices, and product information;
4. Only list products they are authorised to sell;
5. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
6. Honour purchases made through the Website;
7. Dispatch products within the stated timeframe;
8. Handle customer enquiries relating to their products professionally;
9. Honour applicable cancellation, return, refund, and consumer rights;
10. Pay all applicable marketplace fees;
11. Maintain appropriate records relating to their sales;
12. Ensure that their products and listings comply with these Terms;
13. Ensure that their products and listings are consistent with the Christian purpose of Crazy for Jesus.

Sellers must not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, suspensions, fees, or other marketplace rules.

5. Products and Listings

Products sold through Crazy for Jesus should have a genuine Christian, faith-based, inspirational, biblical, ministry-related, or otherwise appropriate connection to the purpose of the marketplace.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products are accurately represented.

Listings must not contain false, misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive claims.

Sellers must not knowingly sell counterfeit goods, stolen goods, unsafe products, unlawfully obtained goods, or products that infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.

Crazy for Jesus may establish additional prohibited-product or restricted-product categories from time to time.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product is appropriate for the marketplace.

6. Prohibited Products and Content

The following types of products or content are generally prohibited on Crazy for Jesus:

• Products that would engage in witchcraft, sorcery, or fortune-telling (see Deuteronomy 18:9–14);
• Products that are idols that the buyer would pray to (see Exodus 20:4–5);
• Products that directly contradict or deliberately mock the Christian beliefs represented by our Statement of Faith;
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material;
• Products promoting illegal activities;
• Counterfeit or pirated goods;
• Stolen goods;
• Products that infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, or other intellectual property rights;
• Products that are illegal to sell or possess;
• Fraudulent or deceptive products or schemes;
• Products containing malicious software or harmful digital content;
• Products that encourage violence or criminal activity;
• Content that is abusive, threatening, or unlawfully discriminatory;
• Products that falsely claim to be endorsed by Crazy for Jesus or another person or organisation;
• Products that make misleading medical, financial, or other regulated claims;
• Any other products or content that Crazy for Jesus determines are inconsistent with these Terms or the purpose of the marketplace.

This list is not exhaustive. Crazy for Jesus reserves the right to prohibit additional products or categories where reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace and its users.

7. Seller Responsibility for Products

Crazy for Jesus is a marketplace platform and does not ordinarily inspect, manufacture, package, or independently verify every product listed by Sellers.

Sellers remain responsible for:

• Product quality;
• Product safety;
• Product authenticity;
• Product descriptions;
• Legal compliance;
• Packaging;
• Shipping;
• Taxes and duties applicable to their sales;
• Returns and refunds where applicable; and
• Customer service relating to their products.

A Seller’s listing does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or representation by Crazy for Jesus that the product is suitable, safe, genuine, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Buying Products

When you purchase a product through Crazy for Jesus, you are entering into a transaction with the applicable Seller unless the Website expressly states otherwise.

Before completing an order, Buyers should review:

• The product description;
• Price;
• Shipping information;
• Estimated delivery timeframe;
• Seller information;
• Return or refund information; and
• Any other applicable terms.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

9. Pricing and Payments

Sellers are responsible for setting the prices of their products unless otherwise agreed with Crazy for Jesus.

Prices should be displayed accurately and in the applicable currency.

Crazy for Jesus may charge Sellers marketplace, transaction, subscription, advertising, payment-processing, or other applicable fees. Any applicable fees will be communicated through the Website or Seller documentation.

The Seller commission currently charged is 10% of the product price plus 25p per item sold, deducted automatically at the point of sale. This covers the cost of payment processing. We will notify Sellers in advance of any change to this rate.

We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. Your use of payment services may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

Crazy for Jesus does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping products to Buyers unless a different arrangement is expressly stated.

Sellers must provide reasonable and accurate shipping information and should dispatch orders within the timeframe stated in their listing.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control.

International Buyers may be responsible for customs charges, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

11. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Sellers must comply with all applicable consumer protection, cancellation, return, refund, and distance-selling laws in the jurisdictions in which they sell.

Where required by applicable law, Buyers may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms or by a Seller’s individual shop policies.

Sellers should clearly communicate their return and refund policies to buyers. Our marketplace-level policy is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a buyer under applicable law.

Crazy for Jesus may assist with marketplace disputes but does not guarantee that it will resolve every dispute between a Buyer and Seller.

12. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

We encourage Buyers and Sellers to communicate respectfully and attempt to resolve transaction-related concerns directly.

Where appropriate, Crazy for Jesus may assist in resolving a dispute.

However, unless expressly required by law, Crazy for Jesus is not a party to the underlying sale between a Buyer and Seller and does not assume responsibility for the Seller’s products or obligations.

We reserve the right to review disputes where necessary to determine whether a Seller or Buyer has breached these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belonging to Crazy for Jesus, including our name, logo, branding, website design, text, graphics, software, and other original content, remains the property of Crazy for Jesus or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Sellers retain ownership of intellectual property in their own products and content, subject to the rights granted to Crazy for Jesus under these Terms.

By uploading photographs, product descriptions, logos, videos, artwork, or other content to the Website, you grant Crazy for Jesus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and promote the marketplace.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this licence.

14. Copyright and Trademark Complaints

Crazy for Jesus respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe that a product, listing, photograph, description, logo, or other material on the Website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us using the details provided on our Website.

We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content while a complaint is investigated.

Sellers who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

15. Reviews and User Content

Buyers and Sellers may be permitted to submit reviews, comments, photographs, questions, messages, and other content.

You must ensure that content you submit is truthful and does not:

• Contain knowingly false or misleading information;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another person;
• Contain unlawful or defamatory material;
• Infringe another person’s intellectual property rights;
• Contain private or confidential information without permission;
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews;
• Contain spam or malicious content; or
• Otherwise violate these Terms.

Crazy for Jesus reserves the right to remove content that violates these requirements.

16. Accounts and Security

Some features of the Website may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not use another person’s account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

Crazy for Jesus may allow Buyers and Sellers from different countries to interact and transact.

Users are responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to their own activities, including laws concerning:

• Intellectual property;

• Business registration;
• Advertising; and
• The sale of regulated products.

A Seller must not list or sell a product in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

18. Taxes

Sellers are responsible for determining and complying with their tax obligations arising from their activities on Crazy for Jesus, including income taxes, sales taxes, VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes.

Crazy for Jesus may collect or remit certain taxes where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes tax, accounting, or legal advice.

19. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

20. Website Availability

• Products supplied by independent Sellers;
• A Seller’s failure to fulfil an order;
• A Buyer’s failure to pay for an order;
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by a user;
• Delivery delays caused by third parties;
• Customs or import issues;
• Third-party payment or delivery services;
• User-generated content;
• Website interruptions or technical problems; or
• Unauthorised acts of third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sellers and other users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crazy for Jesus, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Their breach of these Terms;
• Their unlawful conduct;
• Their products or services;
• Their infringement of another person’s rights;
• Their violation of applicable law; or
• Content they upload or submit to the Website.

This provision does not apply to the extent that such liability results from the negligence or unlawful conduct of Crazy for Jesus itself.

24. Account Suspension and Termination

Crazy for Jesus may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we believe that a user:

• Has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct;

If your listing or account has been removed or restricted, you may contact Crazy for Jesus to request that the decision be reviewed.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your name;
• Account or shop name;
• Relevant listing or order information;
• The reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered; and
• Any supporting information.

We may review the matter and determine whether the restriction or removal should remain in place.

Our decision regarding marketplace content and compliance is final to the extent permitted by law, without affecting any legal rights you may have under applicable law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, except where applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable where possible.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Statement of Faith, Seller Policies, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Crazy for Jesus regarding your use of the Website.
